Brand owner and operator
We build our own brand.
We run others too.
OINTEK built and still runs its own consumer brand, Leyadoll. We run the same operating stack, marketplace listings, storefront, paid media, inventory and customer service, for partner brands too, all reported on one blended P&L.
Working with founder-led brands since our first Kickstarter launch. Most clients hand us the channel logins in week one and keep product, brand and pricing in-house.
Based on historical performance across current and past engagements. Results vary by brand, category and season.
Our Brands
Leyadoll is the brand we built and still run ourselves, the proving ground for everything we now offer partner brands.

Marketplace, DTC and operations run as one team for founder-led brands that need operating capacity, not a strategy deck.
What we operateBrands in this network
What we operate
Three surfaces, one operating team
Most brands piece together a marketplace agency, a media buyer and a freelancer for support, then spend the week reconciling three different reports. We run all three together instead.
Amazon & marketplaces
Catalogue, content, advertising and inventory health run as one loop. A listing fix and a bid change are often the same problem.
- Listing and A+ content builds, variation and parentage cleanup
- Sponsored Products / Brands / Display, managed to TACOS
- Inventory planning, restock cadence, IPI and storage exposure
- Case management: suppressions, IP claims, reimbursements
Shopify & paid media
Storefront and acquisition are owned together and judged on contribution margin after shipping and discounts, not on platform-reported ROAS.
- Theme build, PDP and checkout conversion work
- Meta, TikTok and Google acquisition, creative testing cadence
- Email and SMS flows, retention and repeat-rate work
- Server-side tracking, attribution and post-purchase survey
Logistics & customer service
The part few brands want to run. It often decides whether the other two hold up.
- 3PL selection, inbound scheduling, DDP freight coordination
- Returns, replacements and claims handling
- Buyer messages, tickets and review recovery, 24/7
- Weekly ops report against the same numbers the ads are judged on
How we're measured
The scorecard we agree to before we start
Every engagement opens with a target on each line below and a named owner on our side. If a line moves the wrong way for two months, we say so in the report before you ask.
| Metric | What it tells you | Owner |
|---|---|---|
| Blended ROAS | Total revenue against total media, all channels | Growth |
| TACOS | Ad spend as a share of Amazon revenue, not just ad revenue | Marketplace |
| Contribution margin | Gross profit after media, shipping, fees and discounts | Account lead |
| Session CVR | Whether the storefront deserves the traffic we buy | DTC |
| CAC payback | Months to earn back the cost of a new customer | Growth |
| Sell-through | Inventory turning fast enough to fund the next PO | Ops |
| First response time | How long a buyer waits before a human replies | Support |
Selected accounts
One brand we own. Two we operate for partners.
Leyadoll, Brevoy and Mommy Yasmin each came to us with a different problem: too little operating capacity, a crowdfunding campaign with no retail structure behind it, or spend that wasn't converting. The full story for each is on the case studies page.
