Scope
Take one line, or hand us the whole stack.
Three service lines. Each can run on its own, but they're built to work together, and most of the gain shows up in the handoffs between them.
These are the same systems we run on our own brand, Leyadoll, every day.
Line 01: Marketplace
Amazon growth
Listings, advertising and inventory run as one loop, so a conversion problem gets fixed on the product page instead of masked with more ad spend.
Content & catalogue
- Keyword research and listing copy
- A+ / Brand Story modules
- Variation, parentage and flat-file hygiene
- Brand Registry, Vine, review recovery
Advertising
- Sponsored Products, Brands, Display
- Managed to TACOS, not ad-attributed ROAS
- Search-term harvesting and negation cadence
- Launch, defence and competitor-conquest structures
Inventory & account health
- Restock planning and shipment scheduling
- IPI, storage fees and aged-stock exposure
- Suppressions, IP claims, reimbursement cases
- Buy Box and pricing-rule monitoring
Line 02: Direct
Shopify & paid acquisition
The storefront and the traffic that lands on it are one problem. We own both, and we judge them on margin after shipping and discounts.
Storefront
- Theme build or rebuild, speed and mobile pass
- PDP, cart and checkout conversion work
- Offer, bundle and shipping-threshold structure
- Subscription and pre-order flows where they fit
Acquisition
- Meta, TikTok and Google, planned as one budget
- Creative testing cadence with named hypotheses
- UGC and static production briefs
- Server-side tracking and post-purchase attribution
Retention
- Email and SMS flows, segmented by cohort
- Repeat rate, LTV and CAC payback tracking
- Social management and community response
- Creator and affiliate seeding where the math works
Line 03: Operations
Logistics & customer service
The line most brands leave until it breaks. Run properly it protects the margin the other two lines worked to earn.
Logistics
- 3PL selection and onboarding
- Inbound scheduling and FBA shipment creation
- DDP freight coordination and customs paperwork
- Returns processing and disposition
Customer service
- Buyer messages and tickets, 24/7 coverage
- Marketplace SLA compliance on response time
- Replacement, refund and claims handling
- Negative-review recovery within policy
Reporting
- Weekly written note: what moved and why
- Monthly blended P&L against the scorecard
- Quarterly reset of targets and priorities
- Named account lead, reachable directly
Engagement sequence
How an account starts
These four stages run in order. Each one gates the next, and we don't scale spend on an account we haven't stabilised first.

How pricing works
Monthly retainer, plus media at cost. The retainer is scoped to the lines you hand over and the volume behind them. Media spend goes to the platform, not through us, and you see the invoices directly.
No percentage-of-spend. Charging a share of ad spend pays us to spend more, which is the opposite of what we're for.
Three-month minimum, then monthly. Anything shorter doesn't clear the stabilise phase, and judging us on it would be unfair to both sides. After that, 30 days' notice.
Quoted after the audit. We don't publish a rate card, because a single-line marketplace engagement and a full-stack takeover aren't the same job. The audit is what makes the quote honest.
