Case Studies

Three accounts. Three different problems.

One is our own brand, Leyadoll, which we've operated since 2018. The other two are partner brands. Each case below is what we walked into, what we changed, and what happened.

Leyadoll personalised plush dolls
Leyadoll
Own brand · DTC · Amazon · Ops

Personalised plush dolls and Montessori soft books for ages 0–6, sold through leyadoll.com and Amazon since 2018. This is OINTEK's own brand, not a client.

Challenge

Running Shopify, social, Amazon marketing and logistics in-house was pulling the founding team's time away from product and illustration, the two things only they could do.

What we did

OINTEK operates the full commerce stack for Leyadoll end to end: storefront, paid social, Amazon marketing and fulfilment, reported on one P&L.

Result

50,000+ customers served, a 5.0★ rating across 55,293 verified reviews, a British Vogue feature, and a Smile Train partnership that has reached over 160,000 families since 2021.

Challenge

Brevoy had a funded Kickstarter campaign and no operating structure behind it. Moving from a single campaign into ongoing retail meant solving fulfilment, duty and creative separately for three different regions at once.

What we did

We carried Brevoy from campaign fulfilment through retail launch in North America, the UK and the EU, standing up region-specific logistics and creative for each.

Result

The Kickstarter campaign funded at 2,416% of its goal. Brevoy now sells direct in North America, the UK and the EU.

Challenge

The account was spending into an audience that wasn't converting, with acquisition cost climbing faster than revenue.

What we did

We rebuilt targeting and audience segmentation from the ground up rather than adjusting bids inside the existing structure.

Result

The account cleared profitability and has held there since, rather than scaling spend back into loss. Mommy Yasmin holds a 4.72★ rating across 924 customer reviews.
